CHATEAU FLOTIS - Red Wine - Cuvée Jeanne 2013 BIO
Négrette 100 %
These are boulbènes on low slopes, that are harvested grapes this wine. The basement consists of Grepp (mixture of stones, metal-oxide and marl ) expresses strong enough so the aromas of flowers and fruit.
The mechanical harvesting is what allows us to harvest the grapes to perfect ripeness . The grapes are destemmed and vatted by simple gravity ( winery semi buried ) to maintain the integrity of the berries. Each variety and each plot are vinified separately in cement tanks , without the addition of selected yeasts. Fermentation lasts about four weeks with a wound every 2 days . Finally, the wines are aged in vats for 18 months without fining or filtration before being bottled.
Here is a wine that announces nice evening with friends, a wine for friends who come out of the blue ... and empty handed!
Echoing Jeanne Lacombe designs that was kind of painting our labels, it is a wine that smells like spring, a flattering wine with red fruit aromas and refreshing nose. His greedy mouth with notes of violet makes the Toulouse wine par excellence.
To open and drink without moderation (almost) throughout the year!
