Château BAUDARE - Vin Rosé - Rosé de saignée 2017 AOC FRONTON
Our rosé is a rosé. A few hours after steeping grapes (vatted red grapes), vessels are bled, ie separated from some of their juices will rosé.
Rosé bleeding have more fruity and less aggressive than the so-called pink pressed to be fatter advantage, as the first juice are always sweeter.
The juice is then heated to a very low temperature and then fermented for a few weeks where it will ferment as dry white slowly until complete conversion of natural sugar into alcohol.
It will then be stored in insulated tanks at low temperature until its bottling to preserve as much fruit.
Our rosé has the particularity to be very aromatic nose of raspberry and strawberry.
Salmon rosé rosé color, balanced and flexible, the palate is fat and silky.
It will accompany your entries, especially salads, your exotic dishes (Chinese) or European (Italian or Spanish) as well as desserts and cakes of red fruits.
