The same traditional winemaking methods are used to develop this rosé. Each tank is bled (about 10%)
the early hours. The must is then fermented separately with native yeasts in controlled temperatures (18-20 degrees). After aging on the lees, the wines are blended and bottled dice February.
Too good to be true? It's true colors are attractive but this beautiful has other assets! An explosive nose ... and a greedy mouth, both dense and refreshing. This is a rosé which will accompany you throughout the meal, especially on lamb grilled for example as goat cheese or dessert with red fruits.
In short: energy, freshness, good mood, like the winemakers who vinify it!
Served chilled (10-12 ° C) will also be perfect on meats and fish.
